Who is…“Coach Gary”
& Why Should You Listen to Him?

Gary Micheloni—“Coach Gary”–as he is known to his readers, has been working as a construction project manager for over 20 years. Originally a state-licensed general engineering contractor, he has been self-employed for much of his working life, and has worn the hats of estimator, superintendent, PM and owner. He still likes to refer to himself as a “working project manager”, and is active as a PM to this day.

Gary is best known to the readers of several industry magazines for his “Full Contact Project Management” column, and as the author of his new book, Get Paid for a Change! which is subtitled, A Contractor’s Blueprint for Turning Extra Work into Extra Money—through Change Orders.

He has also been a featured speaker at several events, from local association meetings to state conventions, nationally with Hardscape North America, and even as a panelist at World of Concrete.

As a contractor and a PM for a lot of years, Gary has had “too much” personal experience dealing with the difficulties we all experience in getting paid for work that is sometimes not really in the contract.

Gary’s column appears monthly in Masonry Magazine, and has also been published in several others. All together, there have been over 1,000,000 magazine issues printed with his column. His other hot-button area of writing and speaking is on project leadership.

Paying attention to what he has to say, and putting that into practice, could be worth thousands and thousands of dollars to you.
